Corp member survives fatal accident that killed his colleagues Without A Scratch[GRAPHIC PHOTOS]

Silas Igoche Uloko, from Benue State was one of the corp members involved in an accident while on their way to Benin on Wednesday, August 16.

While unconfirmed number of people died in the accident including Corps members, Uloko survived. Below is a post by his brother Abel Uloko, a resident pastor at House on The Rock.

‘GOD IS FAITHFUL. This is Silas Igoche Uloko my Mothers last child. Having Successfully Completed his program @ the Benue State University, Makurdi, he left my house to Benin for his National Youth Service.  He was on his Way to Benin City where he was posted together with Fellow Corps Member when they got involved in a Fatal accident.

Two people died on the spot, others are in very critical conditions in the Hospital BUT for Silas, God Spared him! Not even a scratch on his body. Upon examination in the hospital, he was  given a clean bill of health as his internal body is in perfect state. He has since been discharged from the hospital.

Appeal Court Sacks Rivers PDP Senator

Appeal Court has dismissed an appeal filed by Senator George Sekibo challenging the judgment of the Rivers State National Election Tribunal which removed him as Senator representing Rivers East Senatorial District. The Appellate Court held that the appeal lacked merit as it did not show facts as to why the decision of the lower court should be set aside. The three-man panel of the Appeal Court held that the ousted lawmaker only reproduced his closing remarks at the end of the hearing at the tribunal, but did not challenge the decision reached by the tribunal. Fayose Begs Buhari to Resign, Calls Him Sick and tired

President Muhammadu Buhari has been urged to throw in the towel as his illness has made it impossible for him to lead the country. Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has begged President Muhammadu Buhari to resign and go home for a good rest. The Governor said he still stands by all he said about President Buhari on his ill health and has no apologies.
